This version contains a hex head retaining screw which replaces the button head screw in KMT kit 7219013213. The button head screw, KMT part number 7219013186, is prone to stripping upon tightening. The hex head version is 100% interchangeable with the button head version but is much more robust and less prone to issues such as stripping. It will pay for itself many times over in the long run versus the button head screw.
